Once the order is received, we will confirm with you, and answer any questions.
We accept Visa and Master Card, checks, and Money Orders. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. Once the order is placed, and your card is charged, we cannot issue a refund. Since each order is custom made, this is not an option. We will, however, gladly repair, or replace (at our discretion) any product in question.
Every effort will be made to ensure satisfaction, and we are happy to assist customers to ensure the proper fit. If adjustments to the fit are required, they will be made at no additional cost. The customer will only be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
When ordering a suit, please measure carefully, and feel free to ask for assistance, if you have any questions. Our staff will gladly assist in the process.

All of our Custom
Wetsuits are manufactured in the United States. Our head seamstress
and pattern designer has over 25 years experience, with over 10 years
experience in producing custom fitted, good quality, multi-colored wetsuits
and neoprene products.
Eagle Reef products are available throughout the United States. Our products consist of, but are not limited to, custom and stock fitting wetsuits, neoprene accessories, and thermal fleece items. We encourage new ideas and products from all of our customers, and promise to help in any way we can.
Our goal is to please each and every customer, providing quality, custom fitted wetsuits and neoprene products in a reasonable timeframe. If a customer is not satisfied, we will strive to resolve the matter to the best of our ability.

from Eagle Reef. We offer certificates in any denomination.

Because we are
divers, we may be able to assist with other needs. Feel free to ask about
other diving needs, such as masks, fins, gloves, booties, regulators,
BC's, tanks, dive computers, spear guns, etc. We will make every effort
to help you get what you need.

Shipping
Your initial order at Eagle Reef is shipped free of charge via UPS ground anywhere in the continental United States. Upon request, tracking numbers can be emailed to customers when their suit is shipped. Customers requesting alterations, adjustments, and/or changes will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Alternative shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
Guarantees
All Eagle Reef
wetsuits carry a 12-month guarantee on workmanship. We do not make guarantees
against shrinkage due to exposure and/or improper care; color change or
fading; and cracking and/or crazing. Proper care may, and should, reduce
the risks associated, but we do not make any guarantees.
There are no guarantees, implied or otherwise, to have a suit by a specified date. Every effort will be made to honor requests, however, there is never a guarantee. Normally, three weeks is sufficient time to get a suit. If there is a special request, please contact our office.
Eagle Reef is also not responsible for any sensitivity, or allergic reactions, which may occur as a result of use, due to the neoprene and/or materials used in any of the products sold.
Wetsuit
Care
Under
normal use, wetsuits can last a long time with proper care and handling.
Here are a couple of hints, which may help extend the life of a wetsuit:

Rinse, and soak your wetsuit immediately after each use in fresh,
cool or warm tap water. Do not use hot water. · Avoid exposure to extreme heat of cold. · Avoid Chlorine and other chemicals. · Avoid putting in dryer. · Avoid urinating in your wetsuit (this is often easier said then done). · Never dry clean. · After completely dry, store after each use. |
This is not an all-inclusive list, nor does it guarantee that your wetsuit will last forever, but it may assist in helping a wetsuit last longer.
